![]() | 5" Mamacat bahama cherry dymondwood ribbon spiral sticks (from AnnaRose) hold this braided cinnamon bun. Since the sticks are too short to be seen if I use them the normal way, I did this bun a little different. First I braided my hair then began the first coil for the cinnamon bun and inserted the sticks. Subsequent coils were wrapped behind the sticks, then the tail was tucked under. This way I could show off my sticks instead of having them hidden by the updo.

![]() | Here's a different angle! Lazy because I didn't make it for lasting power. This was a Saturday around the house bun, that would fall with any real physical activity. Holding it are 3 clear good days hair pins and a bubblegum (blue and pink) Graydog fork. | ![]() |

![]() | This is my take on Daeana's wrapped bun. When a hairtoy is too small to hold your entire updo, let it hold the base instead. I twisted my hair at the nape then lifted it up along my head and slid in the clip. The remaining length was then twisted and wrapped around the outside of the clip and the tail tucked under (and pinned if needed). The clip is a medium ficcare maximas in Multistripe Glittery gold with topaz.

![]() I found this awesome single stick at etsy seller ForeverSunshine's webstore. It has a dangly hello kitty geisha bead.
